Feldspar Mining Process Introduction

In feldspar mining process, which feldspar mining equipment we usually use is feldspar crusher, feldspar grinding mill and vibratring screen, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor. In feldspar mining plant, crushing is the first step. In this crushing process, jaw crusher, impact crusher and cone crusher is the common crushing machine. Then feldspar particle enter into the grinding process. In this process, feldspar is grinded into powder, then collect by cyclone collector.

There are four type of feldspar in nature, they are K-feldspar, albite, anorthite, barium feldspar. Feldspar powder is used as raw material of ceramic glaze, ceramic blanks ingredients, glass flux, Tong ceramic and potassium extraction.

Feldspar Crushing Plant

Feldspar mining process contains feldspar crushing plant and feldspar grinding plant.

Firstly, the feldspar raw materials will be fed into jaw crusher for primary crushing, then it will be transferred to cone crusher for fineness crushing via belt conveyor, after crushing, vibrating screen will sieve the crushed feldspar into different grades. The size meet the demands will be collected, the others will be sent to cone crusher for re-crushing until the size is right.

Feldspar Grinding Plant

Feldspar grinding plant is also called feldspar grinding machine. Feldspar grinder is the required process when size reduction of below 5-20 mm is needed. Feldspar grinding is a powdering or pulverizing process. We developed 6 series feldspar grinding plants, such as trapezium grinding machine, ultrafine grinding machine, ball mill, Raymond mill, coarse powder mill and high pressure grinding mill.Grinding Plant is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, mining minerals in areas which use feldspar grinding process.
